Alfred "George" Graves 90, passed away on December 2, 2022 at his home. George was born January 10, 1932, in Richmond Virginia to Mr. and Mrs. Alfred G. Graves. He grew up in Richmond and after graduating high school he joined the Air Force to start his career path. He later joined the Park Police in 1961 and lived in Washington DC and then Fairfax Va. In 1975, George packed the family up and moved to Brunswick Ga and to join FLETC. He remained with the Park Police and then moved over to the Driving and Marine Division, and this is where he remained until he retired from Chief of Driver Training in the early 2000's.

George was an avid NASCAR fan, loved UGA Football, and had a passion for traveling. He definitely had a great ability to enjoy life and lived a long and happy one for sure! He is survived by his two children, Kelly Graves Tolleson, and Brian Graves; and four grandchildren Charlotte Tolleson, Caitlin Tolleson, Brandan Graves, and Joshua Graves. He will be missed by many and remembered and loved always by his friends and family.

Family will receive friends Monday, December 12, 2022, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial to follow in Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery.
