Alma J. "Nita" Lee, 74, of Brunswick, died Saturday at Southeast Georgia Health Systems. Mrs. Lee moved to Brunswick 42 years ago from Southern California. She was retired after 24 years of service with Fort Frederica National Monument, and was a member of North Brunswick Christian Church. Mrs. Lee is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, James R. Lee of Brunswick; one daughter, Julie Lee (Shane) Walters of Lavonia, GA.; two sisters, Joyce Chandler of Wetumpka, AL. and Janice G. (Tracy) Williams of Brunswick; three grandchildren, Charlie, Shay, and Zachary; daughter-in-law, Lucy Lee of Hilton Head; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Richard George Lee. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at North Brunswick Christian Church with Pastor Lewis Burton officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will follow in Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery.
