Ann Brown Bozovich, 84 years of age, passed away on Monday, April 10, 2023.

Ann was born on January, 30 1939 in Woodruff, South Carolina daughter of the late Furman Perry Brown and Lillian Williams Brown. She had a sister Emalene Rhodes and two brothers Bobby Brown and Harold Brown.

Ann married and moved to North Carolina, attended beauty school, and became a cosmetologist in the early 60's. This was her career and in 1992 she moved to St. Simons Island, Georgia where she was a co-owner of "A Beach Salon." Ann was actively involved in her community and regularly volunteered. She loved cheering on Mike's Coastal Georgia Softball team, traveling, and painting beach scenes. "Nana" was the best mom and grandmother to all. Ann recently retired in fall of 2022. She loved living near the coast and spending time at the beach.

She is survived by her son Michael Minick and daughter-in-law Debbie Minick of St Simons Island, Georgia

Daughter Michelle Minick Matthews of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina

Three Granddaughters Ashley Marie Withington (Aaron Withington) of Fairhope, Alabama

Lindsey Ann Minick of Sarasota, Florida

Katelyn Minick Saunders (Ryan Saunders) of Savannah, Georgia

Ashley and Aaron's sons- Noah, Luke, Elijah, Ezra, and Isaiah

Katelyn and Ryan's daughters- Audrey and McLaine

A Celebration of life and well wishes are what the family would ask you do in her memory. Ann loved her family and friends. She would want you to smile when you think of her. She would always say," I've lived a good, long life and feel very blessed."
