Deaconess Annie Lee Lane, 76, passed away on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Southeast Georgia Health Systems in Brunswick, Georgia. She was born on May 8, 1945, to the late Percy and Lois Callan McCaster in McWilliam, Alabama. A member of Salem St John Baptist Church, where she served until The Master called her home, Annie was a quiet caregiver who enjoyed taking care of the people that she loved. She was employed at Howard Johnson before becoming a caregiver for her family. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Regina Hill of Brunswick, GA; sons, Troy Lane of Ingleside on the Bay, TX, LeShan Lane (Tina) of Brunswick, and Chris Lane of Milledgeville, GA; sisters, Rose Mae McCaster and Julia Lewis, both of Brunswick; brothers, Henry McCaster and William McCaster (Sandra) also of Brunswick; nine grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 27th, 2021, from 10:00 am - 11:00 am at Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM with Minister Joel Alford officiating. A repass will be held at Sterling Park on Depratter Lane in Brunswick. Burial of cremains will be Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Salem Saint Johns Baptist Church.
