Bessie Ann Simmons Queen, 70. Of Brunswick, Ga went home to be with our Lord and Savior on Easter Sunday April 17, 2022. Family will greet friends for a time of visitation from 6pm-8pm on Tuesday, April 19, 2022 at Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home and a Graveside Service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at Chapel Park Cemetery in Brunswick with Rev. Tim Brantley officiating. Pallbearers will be: Matthew Jones, Logan Kendall, Noah Kendall, Paul Simmons, Anthony Gilbert and Matthew Bishop. Survivors include her children, Leslie Queen, Sharon Kendall (Kevin), and Chase Queen (Krystal); Grandchildren, Matthew Jones(Amber), Kylee Jones, Logan Kendall, Noah Kendall, Marah Kendall, Austin Duncan, and Layton Jones and Great Granddaughter, Ruby Caroline Jones; Sister, Betty Gilbert; Brothers, Wilbur "Boy" Simmons and Quincy Simmons. Born in Macon, GA to the late W.M "Bill" Simmons and Geraldine Simmons, Mrs. Queen was a homemaker and a large contributor to the Walmart stock market. She enjoyed crocheting, reading her Bible, spending time with her children, grandchildren and family, listening to southern gospel, and laughing. She never met a stranger, she had a huge, loving, giving heart and loved everyone unconditionally. She was preceded in death by her Father, Mother, and two sisters. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery will be in charge of arrangements.
