Betty Lee Kanak, 83, of Brunswick, GA went to be with Jesus on December 15, 2018. Betty was a loving and supportive wife of the late Robert Kanak. She is survived by a nephew, William Hastings and two grand nieces, Adele and Josie. Betty was artistically talented. She could sew, create wood pieces and paint. She loved children and created an environment that was fun and challenging for them with much love. She loved the Lord and was always ready to pray. She was uplifting and fun to be around. She loved people and animals. She went out of her way to help when she could. She spent the last several years in the loving care of the staff of Gracemore Nursing Home. A Memorial Service may be held at a later date.
