It is with great sadness that the family of Betty Jane Webb Krauss announces her passing after a brief illness on Monday, December 17, 2018, at the age of 91, at the Hospice of the Golden Isles. Betty was the daughter of the late Robert Douglas Webb, Jr. and Sarah Alice Cobb Webb. Betty attended Girl's High School in Atlanta and graduated from the University of Georgia where she became an active member in Pi Beta Phi Sorority. She taught school for 47 years. After retiring from teaching she purchased the Goodbread House in St Marys, Georgia and turned it into a widely recognized B & B. After retiring from the B & B she resided on St Simons Island and then Brunswick. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Charles G. Rohrer (Gail) and S. Alison Rohrer Worl (Ronald) and her companion, George Lincoln. Betty will also be remembered by her four grandchildren, Catherine, Anthony, Robert, and Michael. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Marks Episcopal Church in Brunswick GA on Saturday, December 29th at 11:00 AM with a reception following.
