Betty J. Pope, 81, of Brunswick, went home to be with her Lord, July 6th at Southeast Georgia Health System. She was a longtime resident of Brunswick and a member of First United Pentecostal Church. Mrs. Pope is survived by a daughter, Vicki Johnson of Brunswick; son, Gary Pope of Hilliard, FL.; two brothers, W.J. Franklin and Jimmy Earl Franklin both of Brunswick; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
