Mr. Charles Taylor Todd, 83, died Monday, March 15th, at his residence in Darien, GA, after a long battle of declining health. He was the husband of Alison L. (Pharo) Todd, his Florence Nightingale.
Mr. Todd was born in Menstrie, Scotland, to the late James and Eliza (Taylor) Todd. As a young man, he attended school in Britain and served in the British & American military with an honorable discharge.
Mr. Todd raised his children with his wife, Alison, in Iowa and retired as a maintenance engineer from Eppley Airfield in Nebraska.
Mr. Todd is survived by three daughters Sheila Todd, Colleen Jolley, Yvonne Todd; four sons Chuck Todd, Brian Todd, Billy Todd (late), Andrew Todd; one sister Rosina McQueen; and many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. Mr. Todd was one of nine brothers and sisters.
Mr. Todd's wish was to be cremated and his ashes laid to rest with his parent's gravesite in Menstrie, Scotland.
