Cheryl Ewing Hayes, 76, of Saint Simons Island, GA died on Saturday, February 6, 2021, at Magnolia Manor Nursing Home. She was a graduate of both Virginia Intermont College and Shorter College. She worked in retail management most of her life. She is preceded in death by her son, Downing Hayes, and parents, Jane and Sonny Ewing and Nick Turin. Survivors include her children, Burke and Shannon Hayes, and sisters, Debbie and Susan. Arrangements may be made by the family at a later date. Cremation Services were provided by Golden Isles Cremation Center.
