Donna Marie Chittester Palmer, 71, from Kane, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully at her daughter's home on March 11, 2022. Donna was born June 8, 1950, to Donald and Shirley Chittester. She married Paul Kimes Sr and the couple welcomed two children Rose and Paul. Later in life, she married Robert Palmer and the couple had several years of love and happiness together. Donna was employed at the Arlington Hotel for over 32 years and loved her job. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She loved yard sales, auctions, Bingo, watching WWE and spending time with friends and family. She's preceded in death by her husband Paul Kimes Sr, husband Robert Palmer, parents Donald and Shirley Chittester, a sister Cheryl Sopko, 3 brothers (infants), maternal grandparents Harry and Pearl Bradybaugh and paternal grandparents Orrin and Nellie Chittester, father and mother in law, Dan and Lila Kimes, brother in law, Denny Kimes, brother-in-law, Bill Dilley; a daughter Noella (infant), stepsons Scott and Larry Palmer, grandson in law Mike Kristophel, her best friend of many years, Rose McMahon, adopted brother Darryl Goodman, and her fur babies Gunther and McKinzie. She is survived by her daughter Rose Barnes (Ronald), her son Paul Kimes Jr (Donna), stepdaughters Crystal Conner and Sherri Palmer-Spaich, stepson Adam Palmer (Barry), sister Cindy Rockwell (Hugh), sister and brother in law Chris and Richard Dilley, brother in law, David Kimes, sister in law Charlotte DeMarte, brother-in-law, Bill Dilley, nieces Carrie Dempsey (Dan) and Tonya Kimes, nephew Joel Rockwell (Cassie), Grandchildren Heather Lynn (Chris), Crystal Kimes, Felicia Davison, Bobbiejean Davison, Scott Davison, Ashley Kimes, Mark Kimes, Kevin Umpleby (Sara), Kathryn Kimes and Rebecca Howard. Great Grandchildren, Seth Strickland, Sara Strickland, Maci Lynn, Kaylee Kristophel, Emma Kristophel, Adryan Davison, Noah Mullins, Elias Mullins, Eliana Mullins, Bentley Kimes, Trenton Bumby, Tanner Dilley, Payton Dilley, Steven Lucore, Abbigail Bellotti, Travon Pinkney, Thomas Daniels, Wes Howard, Ryder Howard, Kane Umpleby, Kristian Umpleby and Kimberly Hartle; and Denver and Noel Henline, who were like her own children. Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with arrangements. The family will have a memorial service which will be announced at a later date.
