Dorothy Marie Hannah died April 30, 2021, at the Southeast Georgia Health System hospital in Brunswick, Georgia. She is preceded in death by husbands Marion Bryson and Jack Hannah and son-in-law Chuck Daly. Mrs. Hannah was born on January 28, 1927, in Glennwood, Georgia to Thomas Turin Nelms and Della Nelms. In her leisure time, she loved gardening, word games (Sudoku expert), fishing, and making hand-painted holiday and birthday cards. But her greatest pleasure was her great-grandchildren and creating her beautiful cards for family, friends, and senior care. In her earlier years, she worked as a seamstress at Brunswick Manufacturing. She moved to Brunswick, Georgia in 1957 and spent the last 64 years in Glynn County. She is survived by son Ken Bryson (Shelan), Daughter Marilyn Daly (Chuck), and son Mike Bryson (Connie), 5 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are Ken Bryson, Mike Bryson, Eric Daly, Patrick Bryson, Chris Bryson, Shawn Grimes, and Harold Hand. A visitation will be Wednesday, May 5, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Brunswick Memorial Park. A funeral service and burial will follow at 11:00 AM with the Reverend Ken Creekmore officiating. The family would be pleased if you would join them after the services at the Glyndale Baptist Church social hall.
