Earl L. Rainey, 76, of Brunswick passed away Sunday at his residence. Earl was the son of the late Rev. Ellis Clinton Rainey and Annie Browning Rainey. He was a lifelong resident of Brunswick. Mr. Rainey was in the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam. He retired as a supervisor from Hercules. Mr. Rainey is survived by his spouse of 56 years, Nancy Diane Rainey of Brunswick; daughter, Marcia Rainey Medders of Jacksonville, FL.; son, Brian Earl Rainey of St. Simons Island, GA.; sisters, Beverly Rainey Brown of Brunswick, GA. And Donna Rainey German of Brunswick, GA.; brother, David Rainey of South Carolina; 4 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends, on July 21, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Kirk Brown and Rev.
