Eula Lee Bennett Rowland, 87, of Brunswick died Sunday, October 21, 2007 at Sears Manor Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family. The Tattnall County native had been a resident of Brunswick for most of her life. This loving mother and grandmother's passion was her family and church. One of her greatest joys was in caring for other people. She was a member the Zion Primitive Baptist Church. She worked in the Ballard Elementary School Cafeteria, W.T. Grants, Sea Pak, and Belk's in the fabric department. After her retirement, she was a caregiver. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Howard James Bennett. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara Wiggs and son-in-law Edward, daughter-in-law Peggy Bennett all of Brunswick; grandsons, James Dewayne Bennett of Brunswick, Daniel Wiggs of Edinburg, Texas and wife Minerva, H.L. Wiggs of Summerville, S.C. and wife Shellie; granddaughters, Lynn Poindexter of Brunswick, and Saundra Phillips of Waynesville and husband Ronnie. Great-grandchildren Lexie Poindexter, Lacie Poindexter, Jonathan Bennett, Justin Phillips, Landon Poindexter, Adam Bennett, Tyler Wiggs, Hunter Phillips, Matthew Phillips, Josh Wiggs, and Victoria Wiggs; step-great grandchildren Melissa and Edgar Sanchez and two great-great grandsons Athen Taylor and Andrew Allen.
