Favella Evelyn Elizabeth Kurtz Coop, 62, of Townsend, Georgia, passed away on November 16, 2024, at 10:22 PM. She was born on December 12, 1961, to the late Alvin Lester Kurtz and Barbara Ann Emmans Smith in South Bend, Indiana.

Prior to her retirement, she worked at Elixir, Inc. as a machine operator. In her free time, Favella enjoyed playing games on her phone, reading, and spending time with her loved ones. She was a lifelong animal lover and always dreamed of having her own animal sanctuary.

Favella was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin Kurtz and Barbara Ann Smith.

She is survived by her husband, Dale E. Coop; her daughters, Elizabeth Ann Canen, Ericka Lynn Wilson (Friddie), Valerie Hodges, Paula Wright (Steven), and Chrystal Gonzalez; son, Tim Jones; granddaughter, Jazmyn E. A. Wilson; brothers, Lester A. Kurtz, Floyd W. Kurtz (Hope), and Walter Fry-Martinez; sisters, Jacqueline Klietz and Nevada A. Kurtz; many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
