Frances Rebecca Turner, 69, of Brunswick, GA died on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick, Georgia. She was born on August 12, 1950 to William and Gertrude Cooper in Hazelhurst, Georgia. She married Stephen Wayne Turner on June 15,1967. She was the glue to her family. She loved to celebrate the holidays and her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by one daughter, Dinah Wilson; her parents, William and Gertrude Cooper; and two siblings, Annette Cooper and Wesley 'Bo' Cooper. She is survived by her spouse, Stephen Wayne Turner; one daughter, Angela Clayborn; four grandchildren, Devin Crews, Austin Clayborn, Rebecca Wilson, and Alyssa Blair; and her Great Grandchildren, Makayla Walker, Leon Wilson, Braxton Clayborn, Lilliana Lucas, and Wesley Coleman. A Graveside Services will be on Friday, October 11th, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles or the American Cancer Society. Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home is honored to handle the arrangements.
