Frankie James Walters, 67, of Darien, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Hospice of the Golden Isles. She was a lifelong resident of McIntosh County. She is survived by two sons, Slade Walters (Cindi) and Rocky Presley Walters (Frances LaRoche); four sisters, Mary Sue Sellers (Billy), Glenda O'Connor (Edward), Freda Roberson and Frances Leggett; two brothers, Kendall James (Willene) and Johnny Mack James (Judy); and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by husbands Jerry Walters and Woodrow Cox; two brothers Earnest James, Kenny James; and a sister Tiny James. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Palmetto Cemetery with Pastor Tim Brown officiating. Pallbearers will be Jeff James, Eddie O'Connor, Chan Joseph, Ryan Maulden, Ronnie Howard and Lynn Water. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the home of Rocky Walters at 100 Honeybee Lane, Brunswick, GA.
