Fred Harold Pruitt, 81, of Brunswick died March 4, 2011 at Hospice of the Golden Isles. He had been a resident of Glynn County for 32 years and was retired from retail sales.Surviving are three sons; Luke Pruitt of Forsyth, Hal Pruitt of Brunswick, and Fred Pruitt of Lexington, KY.; daughter, Cathy Hackney of Midway; two stepsons, Jay Pruitt of Burlington, VT., and Neely Raper of Rome; two step daughters, Logan Price of St. Simons Island, and Lucy Manning of Tifton; one brother, Herbert Pruitt of Orlando, FL.; 19 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a step daughter, Christy Pruitt.
