Gary A. Wade, age 81, of St. Simons Island, GA, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2026. Gary was born in Akron, Ohio and after graduation from high school, worked for the FBI in Washington, D.C., where he met his wife of 61 years, Ginger. He volunteered to join the Army and served in Vietnam. After discharge from the Army, he served as a police officer in Akron, Ohio and then worked for FLETC in MD and GA.
