George "Skip" Walker Dodge, Jr., 74, passed away quietly in the early morning hours at Hospice of the Golden Isles on April 23, 2017. He was born on March 7, 1943 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to George and Doris Harkey Dodge. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Steve. He is survived by three daughters; five grandchildren; a sister; a sister in law; several nephews; and his former wife. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faithworks PO Box 2902 Brunswick, GA 31521. A Memorial Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 27, 2017 at Bethel Church with the Reverends Wright Culpepper and Kevin Drury officiating. Golden Isles Cremation Center, Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home are in charge of the arrangements.
