Harriette 'Ann' Parker Petty, 73, of Brunswick died Monday. March 12, 3007 at Southeast Georgia Health Systems, Brunswick Campus. She had been a resident of the area for the past forty years, having come from Tifton, GA, and was a cosmetologist. She is survived by her three sons, David Keen of Duluth, GA, Steven Keen of Athens, and Randy Keen, also of Athens, GA; one daughter, Terri Keen Goodbread of Brunswick; three sisters, Emily Polmanteer, Paula Smith, and Jennifer Nix, all of Brunswick; two brothers, Charles Parker of Brunswick, and Robert Parker of Tifton; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The family received visitors Wednesday evening from 7:00-9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral services were held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home where interment followed in Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Mike Landrum officiated. Serving as active pallbearers were Justin Goodbread, W. Grant Goodbread, Johnny Lane, David Keen, Jr., and Alex Keen. Honorary pallbearers were the Staff of Sears Manor Nursing Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations made to Sears Manor Nursing Home or to a charity of choice. Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home.
