Harry T. Usher, 60, of Brunswick passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2005 at Southeast Georgia Health Systems--Brunswick Campus. A lifelong resident of Brunswick, Mr. Usher was retired from Sears & Roebuck. He was an auto mechanic and worked for Coastal Chevrolet, Woods Volkswagon and several other garages in Glynn County. He was also a meatcutter and worked at the A&P Grocery Store and Pantry Pride. He was a veteran having served in both the U.S. Army and the U.S. Navy. He loved gardening and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Jo Usher of Brunswick; two daughters, Beth LeDoyen of Portsmouth, VA and Nancy Sullivan of Forsyth, GA; two sons, Mike Spann of Conway, AK and Roscoe Spann of Brunswick; a sister, Elese Carter of Brunswick; two brothers, Leon Usher of Brunswick and Roy Usher of Huntersville, NC; Six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Active pallbearers are: Sean Sullivan, Matthew LeDoyen, Kevin Moore, Mike Sullivan, John Carter, and Roscoe Spann. Honorary pallbearers are: Dr. Scott Clay and Staff, Dr. Billy Grubb and Staff, Dr. Whitehead and Staff, Mike Spann and Mr Usher's hospital nurses: Peggy James, Stephanie Griffin and Diana Scarborough. Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
