Hazel Ann Czerepinski, 82, died on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at her home in Brunswick, Georgia. Born on April 24, 1940, to Bud and Frances Smith, she married Frank Czerepinski in Elkins, West Virginia in 1959. Survivors include her children, Mike (Lita), Steve (Kim), and Brett (Sherrie) Czerepinski; eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; a sister, Jean Phillips; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles. A Graveside Service will be 2 PM, Thursday, April 28, 2022, at Chapel Park Cemetery. Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home is honored to handle the arrangements.
