Hazel Walters Fouché went to be with her Lord on August 14, 2015. Hazel is remembered for her love of her Lord, her late husband Glynn E. Fouché and her family. The daughter of Ivan and Theresa Walters, she moved to Brunswick from Baltimore, Md., as a young girl. Hazel and her husband were 1934 graduates of Glynn Academy. She is survived by two children: Glynn Edward Fouché (Gerry) of Kingsland, Ga., and Dr. Gary W. Fouché of St. Simons Island, Ga., a daughter-in-law, Catherine Fouche' and a sister-in-law, Mary Fouché. She was a grandmother to seven grandchildren, Glynn Fouché III, Kyle Fouché, Debbie Kolsch, Lori Huffaker, Tommy Fouché Jr., Jennifer Petrosky, Suzanne Feldman, and six great-grandchildren, Hannah Kolsch, Madison and Alex Fouché, Morgan and Zachary Feldman, and Ava, Max and Emmeline Petrosky. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband of 58 years, Glynn E. Fouché, her son, Thomas Harry Fouché, her brother, Harry Franklin Walters and her sister, Virginia Walters Price. Visitation will be at Brunswick Memorial Funeral Home from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, August 18. Services will be held at her church of 58 years, First United Methodist Church of Brunswick Ga., with Rev. James McIlrath officiating at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 19th with internment to follow in Palmetto Cemetery in Brunswick. The pallbearer's are Glynn Fouché III, Kyle Fouché, Jim Fouché, Walter Fouché, Buddy Knight and Tommy Fouché Jr. Honorary pallbearer's are Dr. William Laws, Jerry Sarro and Heartland Hospice of Brunswick, Ga.
