Hubert Douglas, 78, went to be with his Heavenly Father, Sunday, at Hospice of the Golden Isles. He was a member of Glyndale Baptist Church where he served also as a deacon. He worked at Flavorich Dairies for 30 years, retiring as a mangager. Surviving are his wife, Gladys Douglas of Brunswick; a son, Joe Douglas and his wife Lynn of Brunswick; a daughter, Marilyn Douglas of Brunswick; four sisters, Mary Jo Hamilton of Brunswick; Hazel Rigdon of Alma; Mozel Mercer of Yulee, FL.; and Lucille Jones of Lake City, FL.; two grandsons, Ryan Douglas and Dustin Douglas of Brunswick; and numerous nieces and nephews.
