Jacqueline A Bowman, 94, died on Saturday, June 12, 2021, in Saint Simons Island, Georgia, where she has lived since 1966. She was born on April 10, 1927, to the late Rene and Elisabeth Fafur in Carcassonne, France. She married William Bowman, who retired from the United States Navy. Jacqueline was a professional ballet dancer before marrying and raising her family. Survivors include her children, Patrick Hepner and Marline Collins; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at 10:00 AM in Oglethorpe Memorial Gardens with Reverend Jim Jackson officiating.
