Janet Kramer Hribal entered her heavenly home on July 26, 2023. She was born Janes Ann Kramer on June 11, 1947, to Agnes and Theodore Kramer in Connellsville, PA.

She graduated from South Moreland High School in 1965. She married Thomas G. Hribal in 1968 and they lived in Berlin, Germany.

Janet had three children: Thomas G. Hribal, born in Germany in 1968, Michelle M. Hribal, in 1971, and Bobbie D. Hribal in 1973.

Janet moved from Pennsylvania to Georgia in 1990. Her son Thomas G. Hribal was a soldier stationed at Fort Stewart. Janet was employed by the Georgia National Guard Youth Challenge Academy for 16 years. There she taught First Aid, CPR, swimming, and life guarding to over 10,000 students. During this time, she also taught swimming and life guarding for Liberty County at their Hinesville pool for 24 years.

Janet was preceded in death by her youngest daughter, Bobbie D. Hribal in 1986; her mother, Agnes Kramer in 2010; her father, Theodore Kramer in 2015; brother, Barry Kramer in 2016; daughter, Michelle in 2016; and son, Tom in 2020.

Janet is survived by 2 nephews, 2 nieces, 8 great nephews and nieces, grandsons in Ohio, and one great granddaughter.

In lieu of flowers, Janet wishes donations be made to the Akin Methodist Church Food Bank.

A memorial service will be held at the Akin Methodist Church at a later date.
