Janice Mayers Clements, age 83, went to be with the Lord on September 28, 2020. She was preceded in death by her parents Eula and Grady Mayers of Brunswick Georgia. Janice is survived by her sons Carey and Cory and grandsons Brian and David. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Temple Terrace Florida. Janice enjoyed Christmas each year with her son Carey and his family and every summer with her son Cory in Victoria British Columbia where she loved to hike in the mountains and sit by the ocean excited by the crashing waves. Janice was a lover of nature and activist. She championed a successful campaign to save the old heritage oak trees in her neighborhood. She loved to work in her small garden of pentas and jasmine alongside her cat and best friend Fluffy.
