Jimmy D. Eller, 82, of Hortense, passed away June 17th at Emory University Medical Center in Atlanta. He was a longtime resident of Glynn County, and was founder of Poppell-Eller and Elco Eastern, Inc., and was a partner with the Oak Grove Island, LLC. Funeral services to be held Thursday at 11 AM in the chapel of the Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home. Entombment following in the Brunswick Memorial Park Mausoleum. Reverends Charles Smith and David J. Hudson to officiate. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services in the chapel of the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Judes Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105 Survivors include a daughter, Diane; 2 sisters, Ruth and Melissa; 2 brothers, Clayton and Royce.
