Julia Strickland Keltner, 84, of Brunswick, GA passed away Sunday, December 29, 2024. She was born on December 3, 1940, in Brunswick, GA to the late James Leonard Strickland and Ether Mae Cason Strickland. She retired after 24 years from Southeast Georgia Health System Brunswick Campus from the pharmacy. After retirement, she worked for a few years with Altama Pharmacy. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of St. Simons.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: William Edward Keltner, Sr.; her brothers: Nevion Strickland and Robert Strickland.

She is survived by her daughters: Sherry (Truett) Auten, Tina Smith and Gina Knox; 7 –grandchildren; Jonathan Burnem (Angela), Dustin Burnem (Ly), Kristopher Perkins, Kasey LaRoache (preceded in death), Bryan Tucker (Nancy), Jennifer Beckham (Matt) and Alyssa Smith; 23-great grandchildren and 3-great great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 3rd at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home with Pastor Darrell Joiner officiating. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Patrick Eades officiating.
