Doyle Fogle Livingston Doyle Fogle, 95, of Brunswick, passed away March 3, 2015 at Hospice of the Golden Isles. Mr. Fogle was born in Orangeburg County, South Carolina on April 2, 1919 to Thomas Jefferson Fogle and Hettie Livingston Fogle. He was a retired U.S. Navy Chief, having served in World War II and Korea. After retiring from the U.S. Navy in 1957 he made Brunswick his home. Mr. Fogle is preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Florine Hiers Fogle and a daughter-in-law, Mary Fogle. He is survived by two sons, Sammy Doyle Fogle of Anderson, SC and Bradley Thomas Fogle (Judie) of Cumming, GA; a daughter, Catherine Fogle Jenkins (Marshall) of Melbourne, FL; 3 granddaughters; 5 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home with Pastor Rob Grotheer officiating. Interment with military honors to follow in Brunswick Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6 to 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.
