Louise Flowers, a cherished mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, peacefully transitioned on August 24, 2026. Her life was defined by devotion, resilience, and a joyful spirt that touched everyone she encountered. 

Louise was preceded in death by her daughter, Gail Wynn; her grandson, Felix Walters and her siblings; Eugene Flowers, Lutheria Mack, Earl Flowers, Ervin Flowers and Edward Flowers.

She leaves behind her loving son, Rickey Walker (Sylvia) and three treasured grandchildren; Devin Walters, Reneka Walker, and Malik Walker two brothers, Lenton (Clara) Flowers and Harry (Sakile) Flowers; one sister, Vernia (Alonza) Ward; two sister-in-laws, Millieann Flowers and Cheryl Flowers. 

A faithful member of First African Baptist Church for many years, Louise's presence was a source of warmth and fellowship. She dedicated 35 years of service to Sea Island Company, where she was admired for her hard work, kindness and unwavering commitment.

Louise loved to dance! Turn on music and she would light up the room, moving with joy that was impossible not to feel. Her laughter, generosity, and vibrant spirit will forever remain in the hears of her family and all who knew her. 

Memorial service will be announced at a later date.
