Lucille Ann Whalen: beloved wife, passionate mother, and proud grandmother passed away January 16th, 2021. She was born December 5th, 1952 to Thomas and Dorothy Fleming as the only daughter of six children. Lucille is survived by her husband and best friend, Robert Whalen; four daughters, Michelle, Theresa, Danielle, and Dorothy; twelve grandchildren, Victoria, Anthony, Nathan, Brettan, Lillian, Broderic, Eva, Nichole, Hannah, Steven, Christina, and Johnathan; and two step-children, Jeanne and Kenneth. Compassionate and loyal, she tended friendships and African Violets and dedicated herself to projects, art, gardening, and bringing people she loved together. She wore vintage hats and loved her shoes. Always enthusiastic, generous, and fun, she lit up life around her. She was the co-founder of the Signature Squares of Brunswick and was a member of the Magnolia Garden Club. In lieu of flowers, LuAnn would rather see donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
