Margie E. Anderson, 69, of St. Simons Island passed away Saturday, November 12, 2005 at her residence. Mrs. Anderson had lived here since 1963 coming from Jacksonville, Florida and was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Curtis R. Anderson of St. Simons Island; a sister, Bernice King of Waynesville; three nieces and three nephews. Active pallbearers are: Jack Kilgore, Jerry Kicklighter, Gary Bunn, Bill Disque, Jim Williams, and Duke Smith. Honorary pallbearers are: Members of The Clubhouse on St. Simons Island, Employees of Sea-Pac and attendees of Lovely Lane Chapel on St. Simons Island. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to The American Heart Association. Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
