Marilyn Jane Outland, 86, of St. Simons Island, GA died on Saturday, December 17, 2022, at Magnolia Manor Nursing Home. She was born on November 23, 1936, to the late Roy Jeffries and Ruby Virginia Aubrey in East View, Kentucky. A member of Frederica Baptist Church, Marilyn loved spending time with her family in her immaculate home watching University of Kentucky Basketball but the time she spent with her great grandchild, Isabella Haynes, her heart, enriched her life tremendously. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a determination that could get the seemingly impossible task completed.

Marilyn was preceded in death by sister, Dolores Caswell, and a brother, June Jeffries.

Survivors include her daughters, Debbie Fowler (Terry); Ginny Yawn (Danny); Lisa Vann; five grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a brother, Gregg Aubrey (Debbie).

The family would like to extend a special thank you to her church family, the staff of Magnolia Manor Nursing Home and of Hospice of the Golden Isles.

Marilyn will be laid to rest in East View, KY.
