We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Mario Rosa, known to many in his earlier years as Mario Santos. He passed away peacefully in his home on Saturday, August 6th at the age of 69 in the care of his wife Marci Rosa. Mario owned a successful business for 20 years and enjoyed travel, boating, and photography. In addition to his wife Marci and children Jordan Rosa, Sarah Long, and two granddaughters, he leaves behind his mother Cecilia Santos, sister Mary Grace Antonio, her husband Joseph (Zeca) Antonio and children Steven and Stacey, and brother George Santos, his wife Naomi, and their children Julian and Lea. A private memorial service will be held later in the week in Little Tybee Island, GA where Mario and Marci were married. Marci and family ask that anyone who wishes to honor Mario's memory can do so via a charitable donation to The Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick, GA, The COPD Foundation, the American Heart Association, or a charity of your choosing.
