Martha Kate Presley, 72, of Saint Simons Island passed away on April 20, 2017 at Hospice of Golden Isles. Kate was a retired CPA with a Masters in Tax from Georgia State University. She was a co-chairman of Frederick Cousins Guild at Christ Church. Kate was preceded in death by her parents, Mary Louise Legg and John Goog Presley. She is survived by her husband, Bill Gardiner, daughter Julie Turner, and son Jeff Turner. Step-daughter Karen Briggs, daughter in laws Michelle Turner and Gretchen Gardiner. Three grandchildren, Brittney, Haley, and Noah Turner. Three sisters, Ann Gatlin, Jacquelyn Roberts and Gail Dillard. Services will be held, Tuesday, April 25 at Christ Church at 2:00 PM.
