Marvin C. Johnson, Sr., 91, of Brunswick died Monday at his granddaughter's residence. He was a lifelong resident of Brunswick and retired from Glynn Concrete after 36 years of service. He loved hunting and fishing. Mr. Johnson's granddaughter 'Angie Angle' was his caretaker for the past seven years. Surviving are one son, Calvin Johnson of Darien; daughter, Linda Dewann of San Antonio, Texas; one sister, Ivey Meeks of Columbia, SC.; one brother, Titus Johnson of Galliton, TN.; ten grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy Johnson; two sons, Michael Johnson and Marvin C. Johnson, Jr. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
