Mary Helen (Tatum) Sapp, 84, a resident of Brunswick, Georgia died Monday, January 2, 2012 at Bayview Nursing Home in Nahunta, Georgia.Mrs. Sapp was born February 25, 1927 to Geneva Tatum in Ware County, Georgia. She moved to Brunswick in 1942 when she married Henry C. Sapp. She was a homemaker. She belonged to the Wesleyan Methodist Church and accompanied her husband, Rev. Henry Sapp as he served many congregations in the area.She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry C. Sapp; mother, Geneva Lloyd; a brother, Claude Lloyd and a sister, Gwen Roberto; two daughters, Geneva Boatwright and Helen Clarice (Recie) Sapp; a grandson, Tommy Boatwright.She is survived by one brother, Jim (Joan) Lloyd of Jacksonville; daughters, Mary (Richard) Himenez and Marjorie Lones of Brunswick; one son, Henry A. (Tony) Sapp of Brunswick; a beloved son-in-law, Thomas (Rose) Boatwright of Brunswick; eight grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
