Miles Andrew Lang, 35, of Brunswick, GA died Sunday, December 27th, 2020, at Southeast Georgia Health Systems. Born on October 3, 1985, to John D and Mary Mann Lang, Miles was a 2004 graduate of Glynn Academy, where he was voted on by his peers as 'Class Clown', an honor that he lived up to proudly. Upon graduating from Glynn Academy, he attended Brewton Parker College on a baseball scholarship, until a shoulder injury forced him to give up his dreams of furthering his career. He married his high school sweetheart, Laura Christina Canter on June 4, 2012. He was a devoted husband and father. Miles loved living his life to the fullest. He enjoyed being outdoors including hunting, fishing and working. Miles was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hubert W and Marcelle K Lang and Dennie W and Katharine A (Kit) Mann. He is survived by his wife, Laura Canter Lang; three children, Olivia Katharine Lang, Miles Andrew Lang II, and Caroline Grace Lang; his parents, John D. and Mary Mann Lang. a sister, Mallory Katharine Lang, father and mother in law, Jim and Becky Canter, and brother in law Michael King Canter, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 23rd, 2021 at 11.00 a.m., with a visitation 30 minutes before the service at Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home with Father Liam Collins officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Humane Society of South Coastal Georgia, No Kill Glynn County, or a charity of your choice.
