Paul Albert Krause 75, of Brunswick, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, January 22. 2020. Paul was born on 10/8/1944 in Bayshore, New York to Robert L. Krause (deceased) and Henrietta Fickeissen Krause (deceased). He was preceded in death by his wife, Cecelia Motely Krause and his son, Willie Trent Krause. He is survived by his daughter, Stephanie Krause-Jones(David), step children, Jonas Phillips, Kim Braddock (Bobby), Tracey Phillips, and Lauri Looney; Grandchildren, Keenen Krause and Aaliyah Krause (Austin), Oona Phillips, Danielle Cooper (Buddy), Laura Whitney Scurlock (Brian), Samantha Grether (Joey), Seth Braddock, John William Clibrey; and many great-grandchildren; siblings Faye Krause Predny and Robert Krause II (Beverly) and preceded in death by siblings William and Eileen. At a young age, his family moved to Ft. Pierce, Florida and that is where he spent his high school years as star quarterback at St. Anastasia Catholic High School. After graduation, Paul enlisted in the US Air Force and proudly served our country for 21 years. After retirement, Paul worked for Huntly Jiffy in Brunswick Ga. and then as a rural US Postal Carrier in Selma, Al. In 2012 after his wife passed, Paul moved back to Brunswick to be with his daughter and grandkids. Paul loved to spend his retirement going to the casinos, watching football and showering the ones he loved with gifts. He enjoyed time with family and friends and will be missed by many. Services will be held at 11:00 am on February 8th at 2020 at St Frances Xavier Catholic Church in Brunswick, GA with a reception to follow. His ashes will be laid to rest on March 12th, 2020 at Riverview Memorial Cemetery in Ft. Pierce, Florida.
