Phillip Coffey, 68, of Waverly, passed away at his home on Friday, October 22, 2021. Phillip was born to Virginia Foshee and Perry Coffey in Hutchinson, Kansas, on August 1, 1953. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Air Force. He is preceded in death by his parents, Virginia Pearl Purvis and Perry Vaughn Coffey. He is survived by his siblings; Jerry Coffey, Carol Coffey Reichert, Michael Coffey, Steven Coffey, Janet Serna, Maureen Williamson, and George Williamson; nephews Raymond Williamson, Zachary Bennett, Dylan Coffey, Bobby Reichert, and Scotty Reichert; and niece, Savannah Boyd.
