Richard R.S. Thompson, 66, passed away peacefully on Feb 24, 2021, in Brunswick, GA following a brief illness. Rich was an avid sports fan who enjoyed attending Atlanta Braves games, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Rich was a kind and generous man who was always there to offer a hand. He was well-liked by everyone and will be deeply missed. He is survived by his son Derek (Jennifer) his daughters Sarah and Caitlin, his mother Beatrice, sisters Kathleen, Jane, Christine, and Tracy (Estell), many grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
