Robert Zack Fenn, Jr. was born on December 11, 1960 to Josephine Mitchell Fenn and Robert Zack Fenn. He was preceded in death by his parents Jo and Bob Fenn, his stepfather who raised him from a young age, Charles Larry Rykard, his grandparents, Hume and Mae Fenn, Beamon and Aline Mitchell, his step-grandparents, Pete and Mildred Rykard, his brother Joseph Hume Fenn, and his wife Sharon Phillips Fenn.

He is survived by his brother Mitchell Rykard (Tommie) of Midway, GA, his sister Diane Lord (Joel) of Statesboro, GA, a sister-in-law Marsha Burns (Keith) of Goose Creek, SC; nieces, Kelli Lord, Caroline Rykard, Caitlyn Rykard and Jennifer Burns; nephews Joel Lord, Jr. ( Tamara) and Ryan Burns (Rachel), and great-nephews, C. J. Oglesby and Fenn Altman. He is also survived by his girlfriend Christina White. He also had many aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends who are too numerous to name.

Zack was employed for twenty plus years with Sossner Tap and Tool Corporation until the time of them closing. He was disabled for many years due to extreme heart damage (from heart attacks) and back problems. He has been a bird lover for many years and has had big parrots all the way to little parakeets. He has trained some of them to have over 100 word vocabularies and one could whistle the Andy Griffith song. He also loved dogs and always had a dog. His current dog also passed away on the day Zack passed away. He was a kind and gentle man who was generous to a fault, always willing to help others in need.

There will be a memorial service for Zack and our brother Joseph at the same time on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at the Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m.
