Rose Marie Peek Alexander, 85, of Brunswick, Georgia, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, April 25, 2025. Rose was born in Atlanta, Georgia to William Thomas Peek and Evelyn Holland Peek on December 17, 1939.

Rose was a very talented artist and loved painting and all types of crafts. She also loved spending time with her family.

She was a member of Altama Presbyterian Church in Brunswick, Georgia.

Rose is survived by her son, Jerry Alexander (Dawn), her daughter, Diane Harris, both of Brunswick, Georgia, four grandchildren, Gina Alexander, Elise Alexander and Amanda Harris, all of Brunswick, Georgia, Kristina Owens (Michael) of Tampa, Florida, and her two great-grandchildren, Ava Owens and Gavin Harris.

In addition to her parents, Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lamar Alexander, her sons, Robert Alexander and David Alexander, and her siblings, Judy Peek and Daniel Peek.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at Brunswick Memorial Park with the Rev. Rob Kestler officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Rose's memory to Heartland Hospice, 664 Scranton Road, Suite 103, Brunswick, Georgia 31520.
