Roxanne Rhymes was born on December 26th, 1958 in Brunswick GA to the parents Mary Elliott and Charles Bell. Roxanne was well known in the small town as working as a counselor at the Gateway Rehabilitation Center for many years and then on to serving the community by supplying produce, plants, and boiled peanuts for many years at the local Pumpkin Patch. She was a Christian and attendant of Antioch Baptist Church. Roxanne enjoyed spending time with her mother, children and grandchildren, and had a love for going on boat rides on the Altamaha River. She was a loving soul whom was always willing to help others. A wonderful daughter, sister, mother and grandmother to a family full of love. Roxanne passed away on November 7th, 2016 at the Hospice of Golden Isles from a long battle of liver failure. Although she passed in such a short time, her endless love will always carry on. Roxanne is survived by her mother, Mary Woodard and stepfather John Woodard; her sister, Debbie Nix with nieces Tasha Nix, Arianna Nix, Madison Nix and nephew, Charlie Nix; her brothers, Glenn Bell and Rick Bell, his wife, Brenda Bell; step sister, Pamela Taylor with nephews, Andrew and Ryan Sheets; cousins, Donald Ridings, Pam Hornsby, and Mike Dougan; her children, stepdaughter, Stacey Rhymes; daughter, Christina Rhymes with grandchildren, Bryant Rhymes and Kaylin Reddick; her son, Matthew Rhymes with granddaughters, Khloe Rhymes and Isabelle Rhymes; son by love, John Prescott; daughter, Stephanie Rhymes and husband, Lance Mitchum with grandchildren, Ansley, Nikki, and Babyboy Mitchum; and daughter, Michelle Rhymes with husband, Mike Tindall Jr with grandchildren, Kameron Igou , Madison Tindall, Canler Tindall, and Mikey Tindall, III.
