Sandra Hope Smith, 54, of Brunswick died Friday, December 29, 2017 at her residence. Sandra and Keith were married for 34 years. She was a personal banker with Ameris Bank in Brunswick, and attended Golden Isles Church of God. Sandra is survived by her husband, Keith Smith of Brunswick; daughter, Hope Herndon (David) of Brunswick; mother, Betty B. Hope of Brunswick; sister, Sherry Hope Strickland (Robert) of Waverly, GA.; grandson, Cason Herndon of Brunswick; nephew, Josh Strickland of Waverly, GA.; nephew Erin Smith and niece Erika Smith of Ashland, AL.; great nieces, Natalie Strickland of Waverly, GA. and Cadence Lloyd of Ashland, AL. Sandra was pre-deceased by her father, Sammy L. Hope and her brother, Gregory K. Hope. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 3, 2018 in the chapel of Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home, with Pastor Nathan Smith of Golden Isles Church of God officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Burial will be in Union Baptist Church Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant, GA. Pallbearers will be; David Herndon, Tyler Herndon, Josh Strickland, Erin Smith, Todd Smith and George Dixon. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles.
