Shelley Rooney Turner, 41, of Brunswick, died Tuesday as a result of and automobile accident. A native and lifelong resident of Brunswick, she was a graduate of Glynn Academy Class of 1989. She was of the Baptist faith. Memorial Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in the chapel of Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home with Rev. Chuck Morgan officiating. Shelley is survived by her husband, Tony Franklin Turner of Brunswick; parents, Sheila R. Simmons of Brunswick and Charles H. Rooney, Jr. of Illinois; maternal grandmother, Helen Millican of Fuquay, NC; three daughters, Shellsea Raye Rooney, Taylor Raye Emanuel and Shayla Caress Wright all of Brunswick and three grandchildren.
