Susan Kerns Jackson, 67, GA passed away peacefully on May 21, 2019. She was a daughter of the late Hamilton Kerns, Jr. & Georgia Mace Kerns. Ms. Jackson was a native of Greenville, SC and a resident of Kingsland, GA. In addition to her parents, Susan was preceded in death by her sister; Linda Cheryl Kerns. She is survived by her children, Suzanne Elswick and husband, Joseph of Chester, VA, Candice Phillips of Anderson, SC, Andrew Bryant of Savannah, GA, and Brenna McAllister of Miramar Beach, FL, one sister, seven grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. A private family ceremony will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to, Hospice of the Golden Isles, 1692 Glynco Parkway, Brunswick, GA 31525.
