Tommy A. Sanders, 63, of Brunswick died Monday, November 20, 2017. He graduated from Glynn Academy in 1972. He loved to play rugby. He belonged to Golden Isles Rugby Football Club known as the Hammerheads. Tommy was an avid fisherman all his life. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas "Red" Sanders and his mother, Helen I. Sanders. Survivors include his daughter, Courtney Sanders; siblings, Bobby Sanders, Donny Sanders (Jennie), Teresa Baxter, and Arthur Sanders (Jodi); and he was a loving uncle to several nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Mackay River Fishing Pier. Please bring your pictures, stories, and memories.
